Salad with herring: an interesting combination of products that creates an incredible taste
Are you tired of ordinary salads and want to try something new and really interesting? Then you should start combining ingredients that, at first glance, shouldn't go together.
That's exactly what chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo did when he posted a recipe for a herring salad on Instagram. In it, he combined products that ultimately turned into an incredibly tasty and nutritious dish.

Ingredients
- Boiled potatoes
- Pickled cucumber
- Herring
- Canned peas
- Blue onion
- Parsley or dill
- Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
How to cook
1. Boil the potatoes in their skins.
2. Peel and cut into cubes.

3. Dice the onion, herring, and pickled cucumber.

4. Chop the greens.

5. Mix all ingredients, season with vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
