Salad with duck fillet and strawberries for a gourmet dinner

Salad is one of the best and simplest dishes for family weekday and holiday lunches and dinners. In the fall, it is a pleasure to prepare them, because there are so many healthy vegetables available for this purpose. You can easily add berries, delicious cheeses, nuts, and dressings to them to help the flavor open up even more.

Ingredients:

  • duck fillet - 100 g
  • fresh strawberries - 30 g
  • mixed salad - 20 g
  • spinach - 30 g
  • DorBlu cheese - 15 g
  • cherry tomatoes - 40 g
  • peeled avocado - 40 g
  • pine nuts - 5 g
  • olive oil - 5 g
  • balsamic cream - 5 g
  • salt and pepper - to taste

How to prepare:

  1. First, make the strawberry coulis, cut the strawberries – place them in a saucepan, add olive oil and lemon juice, and grind until smooth with an immersion blender.
  2. Fry the fillet on both sides in olive oil, then cover and dry for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Put the mixed salad in a bowl, add olive oil, and salt, mix, and transfer to a dish, top with cherry tomatoes, avocado slices, cheese, and pine nuts, and spoon the prepared strawberry coulis into the center of the plate.
  4. Cut the duck fillet and place it on top of the salad.
  5. Cut the strawberries into slices and place them on top of the meat.

The salad will be very tasty and satisfying.
