Cook Tetiana shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious, light salad with lettuce, crab sticks, and a healthy sauce.
Ingredients:
- crab sticks - 250 g
- lettuce leaves - 1 package
- canned corn - 180 g
- cucumber - 1 pc.
- green onions - a bunch
For the dressing:
- Greek yogurt - 4-5 tbsp.
- mustard - 1 tsp.
- salt - to taste
- dill - a bunch
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the crab sticks into medium pieces.
2. Cut the cucumbers into half rings.
3. Sauce: mix yogurt with mustard, add salt, chopped dill.
4. Put the lettuce leaves in a bowl, add the crab sticks, corn, chopped onions, cucumbers and season with the sauce, mix and serve.
