One such experiment was conducted by food blogger Alex Mil. On his Instagram, he shared how he combined boiled beets with blue mold cheese.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled beetroot - 170 g
  • Dorblu cheese - 100 gr
  • Pecans - 40 gr
  • Puffed greens - 70 g

Ingredients for the dressing:

  • Honey - 2 tsp
  • Olive oil - 2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds - 2 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. If you don't have already boiled beets and are going to make them, it is better to bake them. Put the beets in foil in the oven for 40-60 minutes at 200-220C. Let cool and cut into cubes.

2. Put the leafy greens on the plate first, then the beets, nuts, and cheese slices.

3. Mix liquid honey, olive oil, and mustard seeds. Pour over the salad and serve immediately.
