The idea of making a delicious, safe Tiramisu dessert was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olena Romanova (olena_romanova_). The yolk mass for the cream is boiled in a water bath, so everything is as safe as possible.
Ingredients for soaking savoyardi cookies:
- water - 150 g
- sugar - 50 g
- condensed milk - 1 tbsp
- espresso coffee - 1 serving
- cognac or rum - 5 g
The method of preparation of the impregnation:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Cool.
The basis for the cream is made of egg yolks:
- egg yolks - 6 pcs.
- powdered sugar - 100 g
- flour - 1 tbsp
- milk - 100 g
- vanilla sugar - 10 g
Method of preparation:
1. Connect everything.
2. Brew until thick sour cream in a water bath.
3. Cool it down.
The main cream for the dessert:
- chilled cream 30% - 350 g (whip until creamy, but do not beat)
- yolk base - 180 g
- cream cheese (mascarpone, Philadelphia) - 250 g
Method of preparation:
1. Add the yolks and cream cheese to the whipped cream.
2. Beat until smooth and creamy.
3. Assemble the dessert, sprinkle with cocoa before serving.
