Safe mayonnaise without raw eggs: how to make the most delicious sauce
Homemade mayonnaise is most often made with raw eggs. But it is safer, tastier, and faster to make the sauce from boiled egg yolks.
The cook shared a recipe for a delicious and safe homemade mayonnaise made from boiled eggs, yogurt, and lemon juice on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Eggs – 3 pcs
- Greek yogurt – 100 g
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- American mustard – 1 tbsp
- Salt and pepper
- A clove of garlic
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the boiled eggs with a blender, adding lemon juice, yogurt, mustard, salt, and pepper.
2. Put the sauce in a suitable container and refrigerate.
