Mayonnaise is probably one of the most popular salad dressings. However, it is best to make it yourself at home and preferably with boiled eggs rather than raw ones.

The FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for safe homemade mayonnaise made with boiled eggs, spices, and water.

Ingredients:

  • boiled eggs - 3 pcs
  • water - 100 ml
  • oil - 50 ml
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • salt, garlic

Method of preparation:

1. Boil, peel and transfer the eggs to a blender bowl. Add water, oil, vinegar, salt and garlic. Beat until smooth.

2. Pour into a suitable container and refrigerate.
