Royal pumpkin cream soup according to Olha Sumska's recipe

Actress and TV presenter Olha Sumska shared an amazing recipe for pumpkin cream soup that you can easily make at home (to watch the video, scroll to the end).
Ingredients:
- pumpkin – 200 g
- fillet – 300 g
- potatoes – optional – 3 pcs
- onion – 1 pc
- garlic – 1-2 cloves
- carrot – 1 pc
- tomato – 2 pcs
- cream – 100 ml
- pumpkin seeds – a handful
- salt – to taste
Method of preparation:
- Wash and peel all the vegetables.
- Be sure to cut off the rough part of the pumpkin and cut it into cubes.
- Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.
- Heat a frying pan, add vegetable oil, and fry the onion and chopped garlic until golden brown.
- Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and add to the pan, stir and fry for a few minutes.
- Scald the tomatoes with boiling water and chop them, add them to the pan and stir again, fry for about 3-5 minutes and turn off the heat.
- Fry the pumpkin seeds in a dry frying pan.
- Throw the pumpkin pieces into boiling water and boil them well until tender. Then, using an immersion blender, beat the pumpkin until smooth, add a little cream and salt, and mix.
- Pour the finished soup into bowls, add the vegetable sauté with a spoon and sprinkle the delicious soup with pumpkin seeds.
