  • butter - 140 g
  • sugar - 80 g
  • salt - a pinch
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • flour - 300 g

Ingredients for the filling

  • cottage cheese - 400 g
  • sugar - 70 g
  • vanilla sugar - 2 tsp.
  • eggs - 3 pcs.

Method of preparation.

1. Add sugar, salt, and baking powder to flour and mix well.

2. Grate frozen butter.

3. Add the grated butter to the dry ingredients.

4. Rub the mass with your hands until crumbs form. Put it in the refrigerator.

5. Prepare the filling. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar cottage cheese. Beat with a blender until smooth.

6. Cover the baking sheet with parchment and grease the bottom and sides with oil.

7. Put half of the crumbs and tamp, making the sides. Spread the cheese filling.

8. Sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top and smooth over the entire surface.

9. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
