Ingredients
- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Hunter sausages - 300 gr
- Mushrooms - 150 gr
- Garlic - 1-2 cloves
- Carrots - 1 pc
- Butter - 30 gr
- Oil for frying
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Suneli hops - ½ tsp.
- Dried herbs - ½ tsp.
- Peppercorns - 4-5 pcs
- Water - 100 ml
Method of preparation.
1. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms until golden brown.
2.Cut the potatoes into small cubes, and carrots and sausages into rings. Chop the garlic.
3. Add spices to the products and mix well.
4. Add the cooked mushrooms and mix again.
5. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.
6. Put the future dish in a baking dish, add 100 ml of cold water and put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for an hour and a half.
