Rice with vegetables and meat: how to cook a delicious side dish in the oven
Rice is considered one of the most versatile cereals. If you decide to have rice for lunch or dinner and want your meal to be healthy, nourishing, and balanced, it is best to supplement the porridge with vegetables and meat. By the way, such a side dish can be cooked even in the oven. In this case, the rice has a pleasant texture and turns out crumbly.

Ingredients:
- turkey or chicken – 400 g
- mixed vegetables – 150 g
- rice – 1 glass
- water – 2 glasses
- turmeric – 1 tsp
- salt, spices, herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the rice beforehand.
2. Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Spread the rice evenly.
3. Put the mixture of vegetables and pieces of fillet on top.
4. Cover with water.
5. Sprinkle with salt and spices.
6. Cover with foil and cook in the oven at 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
