In the modern culinary world, there are many types of flour: wheat, buckwheat, oatmeal, and others. For desserts, one of the best types of flour is rice flour – it is very similar to wheat flour, but there are fewer calories in dishes made from this flour.

Rice flour cottage cheese pancakes

Ingredients:

Cottage cheese in a briquette - 200 g

Egg - 1 pc

Rice flour - 25 g

Poppy seeds - to taste (optional)

Sweetener - any

Oil for frying - 5 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix everything.
  2. Form syrnyky.
  3. Fry on both sides.

Pancakes on rice flour

Ingredients for 6/7 pancakes:

  • Rice flour - 40-50 g
  • Eggs - 2 pcs
  • Sweetener - to taste
  • Vanilla - to taste
  • Water or milk - a glass
  • Cocoa powder - 1 tsp (for color)

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix everything to a uniform homogeneous liquid mass using a blender, whisk, or fork.
  2. Fry the pancake on both sides for 1/2 minute in vegetable oil in a preheated frying pan.

You can fry without oil in a non-stick frying pan. The filling for these pancakes can be Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, or sour cream.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • Rice flour - 100 g
  • Powdered sugar - 100 g
  • Water - 185 ml
  • Corn starch - 20-40 g

Ingredients for the filling:

  • Cottage cheese
  • Powdered sugar
  • Any fruit, berries, jam, peanut butter

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix rice flour with powdered sugar, add water, and mix thoroughly.
  2. Cover with cling film, make holes in it with a toothpick, and microwave for 45 seconds.
  3. Take it out, open it, mix the mass thoroughly again, cover it with cling film, and microwave it for another 45 seconds.
  4. Transfer the mass to a table, sprinkle cornstarch on the surface, and roll the dough in it. Divide the dough into 5 equal parts and form a ball from each.
  5. Add powdered sugar to the cottage cheese
  6. Roll out each ball of dough into a round layer, put a little filling in the center, top with a berry (fruit, jam, peanut butter), and roll it up. Shape the dough into a ball.
