Restaurant pizza at home: you need to add ranch sauce

If your homemade pizza looks more like flaky than a restaurant dish, try the following recipe. It is based on a delicate thin dough, a hearty filling, and a spicy ranch sauce. It has a pleasant creamy texture and exquisite creamy flavor.

The idea of making pizza with ranch sauce was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Viktoriia Didus.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • warm water – 250 ml
  • yeast – 8 g
  • sugar –1 tbsp
  • flour – 380 g
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil – 1 tbsp

Optional ingredients for the filling:

  • mozzarella – 200 g
  • chicken fillet – 250 g
  • bell pepper
  • tomatoes

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
  • sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • milk – 3 tbsp
  • salt – 0.5 tsp
  • dried garlic – 0.5 tsp
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp

Method of preparation:

1. For the dough, combine water, sugar and yeast. Add flour and salt and mix.

2. Add the oil and knead the dough.

3. Brush with oil, cover, and leave in a warm place for an hour.

4. For the sauce, combine all the ingredients and mix.

5. Divide the dough into two parts and roll it out by hand. Brush with sauce, sprinkle with some grated cheese, add the filling, add cheese again, and bake in a preheated 250-degree oven for 7-10 minutes.
