If you want to make a delicious appetizer, sweet peppers are perfect for this in the summer, as they can be stuffed with meat, rice, and cheese and herbs!

The cook shared a recipe for a delicious pepper appetizer with cream cheese and herbs on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • 3 red or yellow peppers
  • 150 g of cream cheese
  • salt to taste
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • herbs (green onions/dill/basil)

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the peppers, cut them in half and remove the middle.

2. Put in a baking dish and bake in the oven at 180C until soft.

3. Put the hot peppers in a bag or bowl and cover with foil. After 15-20 minutes, peel off the skin.

4. For the filling: mix the cottage cheese with salt, garlic and herbs.

5. Put the filling on each pepper half and roll it up. Cut into portions and garnish with herbs!
