Refreshing watermelon lemonade: an easy recipe to save you from the heat
To feel good in the summer and not to put too much stress on your body during high temperatures, you need to drink plenty of fluids. Of course, you can drink plain water, but it will be much more interesting and tasty if you turn it into a delicious drink.
Recently, chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared his favorite summer refreshment on Instagram. It turned out to be watermelon lemonade, which is quite easy to make.

Ingredients
- watermelon pulp - 800 g
- lemon - 1 pc
- sugar - 100 g
- mint - 5 sprigs
- sparkling water - 800 ml
- ice
The method of preparation
1. Beat the watermelon pulp in a blender and strain through a sieve.
Mix lemon with sugar.

2. Cut the lemon into half rings, cover with sugar, stir with a fork and leave for 10 minutes.
Add beaten watermelon.

3. Add the mint leaves to a pitcher.
4. Add lemon with sugar syrup, mint and watermelon juice.
Mix with ice.

5. Add ice cubes.
