Ingredients:
- cream cheese - 500 g
- sugar - 120 g
- vanilla sugar - 10 g
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- corn starch - 15 g
- 33% cream - 330 g
- lemon juice - 60 g
- zest of 1 lemon
- caramel
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the cream cheese with sugar.
2. Add eggs, starch, cream, lemon juice and zest.
3. Mix everything thoroughly.
4. Cover the mold with parchment.
5. Pour the mixture into it.
6. Bake at 190 degrees for 25 minutes.
7. Increase to 230 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes.
8. Cool at room temperature and refrigerate overnight.
9. Cover with caramel on top.
