What should I cook for dinner? This is an eternal question asked by most people on the planet.

The FoodOboz editorial team decided to make this task easier and therefore will share with you simple recipes for cooking certain dishes every day. Today's menu includes pizza, which will take you 15-20 minutes to prepare. And that's because we suggest cooking it in a skillet.

For the dough:

  • flour - 1 cup
  • kefir - 0.5 cups
  • sugar - 1/3 tsp
  • salt - 1/3 tsp
  • baking soda - 1/3 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

For the filling:

  • cherry tomatoes
  • prosciutto or ham
  • mozzarella
  • ketchup or any tomato sauce
  • fresh spinach or arugula

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the dough. Sift the flour into a bowl, add baking soda, salt, sugar, and mix.
  2. Pour the kefir into the bowl and mix with a spoon. When it becomes difficult to stir with a spoon, add the oil and start kneading by hand. Then transfer to a floured table and continue kneading on the table. Knead until the dough becomes plastic (it should not be too tight).
  3. Divide the finished dough into two parts, and roll out each part to the diameter of the pan in which you will cook the dough.
  4. Put it on a dry frying pan (no need to grease it with oil), and spread it evenly over the surface.
  5. Put the pan on the stove and fry the pan over low heat until the dough is golden brown. The dough should rise slightly. Turn the cake over and remove the pan from the heat.
  6. Lubricate the dough with ketchup or tomato sauce. Put the filling and spread the mozzarella slices on top (you can replace it with any hard-grated cheese).
  7. Return the skillet to the stove over low heat. Cover and cook until the cheese is melted (3-4 minutes).
