Recipe for tasty and healthy cabbage pancakes from a nutritionist
Spring is a great time to get your body in shape, but it is important not to forget about the right approach to losing weight in order not to harm your body, which is already weakened after winter.
Nutritionist Svitlana Fus shared a very simple recipe for diet cabbage pancakes on her Instagram page, which contain vitamins and minerals necessary to maintain tone, are rich in fiber, easy to digest, and do not overload with extra calories.
Tender cabbage pancakes
Ingredients:
- white cabbage – 1 medium
- egg – 2 pcs
- whole wheat flour – 4 tbsp
- spices and seasonings – to taste
- oil – for frying
- fresh herbs (dill, parsley) – to taste
- sour cream or natural yogurt – for serving
Method of preparation:
- After chopping the cabbage, season it with salt and pepper, mix it with your hands, and let it stand for a few minutes.
- Add the eggs to the cabbage, stir, and then add 2-3 tablespoons of flour and mix thoroughly again until a smooth, thick consistency is achieved.
- Grease a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil.
- Place the pancakes, slightly pressing down on top. Fry them on a fire slightly below medium, for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Serve tender cabbage pancakes with sour cream and fresh herbs.
