Recipe for perfect homemade crispy chebureks

Homemade chebureks are crispy, golden and juicy. This dish is served in many restaurants around the world. However, homemade chebureks are still the most popular because the cooking technology has been tested by more than one generation.

Famous Ukrainian blogger Daria Yevtukh (dashaevtukh1_3) shared her own recipe for homemade chebureks on her TikTok page.

Method of preparation:

1. Sift flour.

2. Add a little salt.

3. Add oil.

4. Make a hole in the mixture and pour boiling water into it.

5. Knead the dough with your hands.

6. Prepare the filling: chop the minced meat and onion.

7. Combine with the other ingredients.

8. Add salt and pepper to taste.

9. Mix well.

10. Add cold water for juiciness.

11. Cut the dough.

12. Roll out a thin layer.

13. Put the filling.

14. Press down the dough with the plate.

15. Pinch the edges with a fork.

16. Fry in vegetable oil.
