Ingredients:

  • herring 1 pc.
  • eggs 3 pcs
  • onion 1pc
  • apple 1pc
  • butter 60g
  • salt, pepper
  • lemon juice

Method of preparation:

1. Separate the herring fillet from the bones and chop finely with a knife.

2. Finely chop the onion and add to the herring.

3. Grate the apple and boiled eggs. Add soft butter (but not melted) and drizzle with lemon juice.
