Homemade adjika can be eaten both raw and cooked, and it can be made very spicy if you like, with sweet peppers and carrots.

A cook shared a recipe for homemade adjika made with sweet and hot peppers and vinegar on Instagram.

Homemade adjika

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 kg of sweet peppers
  • 150 g of hot pepper
  • 300 g of garlic
  • 300 ml of 9% vinegar
  • 2 tbsp of salt
  • 16 tbsp of sugar

Method of preparation:

1. Pass all the ingredients through a meat grinder, mix, add vinegar, sugar and salt, mix again and pour into jars.
