Raw ajika with sweet and hot peppers: the perfect sauce for meat

Homemade adjika can be eaten both raw and cooked, and it can be made very spicy if you like, with sweet peppers and carrots.
A cook shared a recipe for homemade adjika made with sweet and hot peppers and vinegar on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg of sweet peppers
- 150 g of hot pepper
- 300 g of garlic
- 300 ml of 9% vinegar
- 2 tbsp of salt
- 16 tbsp of sugar
Method of preparation:
1. Pass all the ingredients through a meat grinder, mix, add vinegar, sugar and salt, mix again and pour into jars.
2. Store in the refrigerator or in a cold basement.
