Raw ajika with chili: can be prepared even without power

Raw adjika is an extremely tasty and easy-to-prepare dish. Thanks to its special properties, it will make a great appetizer and even warm you up a bit.

Food blogger Lisa Hlinska shared how to make raw adjika with chili peppers on Instagram. And since the dish does not require heat treatment, it can be easily prepared when there is no electricity supply.

Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 1 kg
  • bell pepper - 1 kg
  • garlic - 100 gr
  • chili pepper - 100 gr
  • salt - 20 gr
  • sugar - 20 g
  • 9% vinegar - 80 ml

Method of preparation

1. Wash and chop the peppers and tomatoes.

2. Peel the garlic, cut the clove lengthwise and remove the center. You can control the spiciness of adjika by adding more or less garlic and chili pepper.

3. Chop the hot chili pepper.

4. Grind all with a meat grinder or blender.

5. Pour into a bowl, add sugar, salt and vinegar. Mix well to dissolve the salt and sugar.

6. Remove the foam with a spoon.

7. Pour the adjika into jars and close with the lids.

8. Store in the refrigerator for up to one year.
