Raspberry wine without vodka: how to make an amazing drink at home
The process of making raspberry liqueur is quite simple, but not rushed and takes several weeks. But it's definitely worth it. By the way, you can make wine with or without vodka, using only sugar. If you follow all the fermentation recommendations, the drink will turn out flawless.
Food blogger Anton Kyrpa (anton_kirpa88) shared a recipe for raspberry wine without vodka on his Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- raspberries - 10 kg
- water - 8 liters
- sugar - 5 kg
Method of preparation:
1. Pour water into a container with unwashed raspberries and add sugar. Stir and leave for 3 days in a warm place. Stir the wine every day to prevent the raspberries from becoming moldy.
2. After aging, strain the wine from the cake and pour it into a bottle. Close it with a disposable glove. Leave the wine in this form for about 3 weeks. In the second week, you will need to add another 0.5 kg of sugar to the wine.
3. When the wine turns a clear red color, it should be drained from the bottle, separating it from the sediment.
