Raspberry muffins with a simple recipe: how to make from ready-made dough
While the raspberry season is still in full swing, you should enjoy this berry to the fullest. It can be eaten alone, served with cream or sour cream, or used as a filling for various pastries.
Chef Hector Gimenez-Bravo shared a recipe for summer raspberry muffins on Instagram. He claims that it will turn out to be an incredibly tasty dessert that cooks quite quickly. Other berries can be used if desired.
Ingredients
- Raspberries - 300 gr
- Butter - 50 gr
- Powdered sugar - 20-30 g
- Yeast-free dough - 1 pack
Method of preparation
1. Blend the raspberries with a blender until they are pureed.
2. Mix with butter and add powdered sugar. Mix with a whisk.
3. Roll out the unleavened dough into a square and spread the resulting mass on it.
4. Roll it into a roll and cut it in half.
5. Cut the resulting "bagels" in half lengthwise, but not completely. Put them in the mold.
6. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
