Method 1.
Ingredients:
- raspberries
- sugar
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the raspberries to a state of liquid homogeneous puree.
2. To the resulting puree add sugar. Mix well. The ratio of berries and sugar is 1:1.
3. Pour the resulting jam into a jar. Store in the refrigerator.
Method 2.
Ingredients:
- raspberries
- honey
Method of preparation:
1. Raspberries mash to a state of liquid homogeneous puree.
2. To the resulting puree add the honey. Mix well. The ratio of berries and honey is 1:1.
3. Pour the resulting jam into a jar. Store in the refrigerator.
The shelf life of raw jam is about 6 months.
