This recipe makes very tasty and fluffy belyashi. In addition to the usual meat, belyashi can be prepared with any other fillings to your liking. And the yeast dough for the pies is simple and quick to prepare because it is cooked with water.

Ingredients:

  • boiling water - 0.5 liters
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
  • onions - 3 pcs
  • yeast - 50 g
  • salt - 1 tbsp
  • flour

Filling - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the onion and pour boiling water over it. Cool.

2. Mix the onion with the rest of the ingredients and knead the dough. Leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

3. Form belyashi and add the filling.

Frying.

4. Allow the belyashi to rise and fry in a pan on both sides.
