Quick sour cream cookies: do not crumble and stay fresh for a long time
Homemade sour cream cookies are the perfect addition to a family tea party. The ingredients and preparation are extremely simple, so baking does not take much time. At the same time, the dessert according to this recipe is very tender and pleasant in taste, and also stays fresh for a long time.
Food blogger Maryna Novikova (marisha_recepti) shared a recipe for quick sour cream cookies on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 1 pc.
- sugar - 150 g
- vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- salt - a pinch
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 180 g
- oil - 100 ml
- flour - 450 g
For the coating:
- yolk - 1 pc.
- milk - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and salt to eggs. Stir well.
2. Add baking soda to sour cream. Stir and leave for 5 minutes.
3. Next, add oil and sour cream to the eggs. Stir well.
4. Gradually add flour and knead soft elastic dough.
5. Form cookies and put on a baking sheet.
6. Brush the cookies with egg yolk and milk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
7. Bake at 165-170 degrees for 25 minutes.
