Quick puffs with sausage, cheese, and tomatoes: a recipe for a hearty snack

Puff pastry is an ideal product for making delicious and light desserts and snacks. It is worth noting that you can make it yourself at home.

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious puff pastry puffs filled with ham, tomatoes, and cheese.

Ingredients:

  • puff pastry – 500 g
  • ketchup – 6 tbsp
  • ham or sausage – 250 g
  • tomato – 1 pc
  • pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs
  • hard cheese – 180 g
  • eggs – 1 pc.

Method of preparation:

1. Defrost the dough, roll it out a little. Cut it into 6 pieces, and make cuts along each piece.

2. Spread the dough with ketchup. Put the sliced ham on it, then the pickled cucumbers, then the tomato.

3. Let stand for 15 minutes to allow the dough to rise slightly. Brush the edges of the dough with a beaten egg.

4. Put the puffs in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes, take them out, sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and you're ready to eat!
