If you have cold mashed potatoes left over after dinner that no one wants to eat, you can make delicious cutlets with them. You only need four ingredients for this dish. In addition, this option is much more budget-friendly than meat ones.

Ingredients:
- mashed potatoes - 700 g
- flour - 160 g
- melted butter - 40 g
- herbs, salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil mashed potatoes.
2. Chop the greens.
3. Mix all the components together.
4. Form the cutlets.
5. Fry in refined vegetable oil on both sides until cooked.
6. Serve with sour cream.
