To make a really delicious pizza, you don't need to spend a lot of time kneading dough and baking. There is a way to make a dish in a minimum amount of time, but it will be no worse than a traditional one. To do this, use a multicooker.

Pizza in a multicooker

Ingredients:

  • kefir - 150 ml
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp
  • salt - ½ tsp.
  • baking soda - ½ tsp
  • sugar - ½ tsp
  • butter - 50 g
  • flour - 280 g

For the filling:

  • smoked sausage - 100 g
  • boiled sausage - 50-70 g
  • tomatoes - 1 piece
  • picked tomato - 1 piece
  • hard cheese - 50-70 g
  • eggs - 2 pieces
  • tomato sauce

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix kefir and sour cream, add salt and baking soda, mix again and leave for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Turn on the multicooker and select the "Frying" mode. Melt the butter.
  3. Add sugar to the kefir and stir.
  4. Add the melted butter and make the mass homogeneous.
  5. Add flour in several stages and knead the soft dough, which should be slightly sticky.
  6. Divide the dough into 3-4 parts (depending on the size of the multicooker).
  7. Form the dough into a thin cake with your hands.
  8. Grease with tomato paste.
  9. Finely chop all the ingredients for the filling. Top the dough with it.
  10. Beat the eggs and brush the filling.
  11. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
  12. Close the multicooker and cook in the "Baking" mode for 30 minutes.
