Quick pies with cabbage in the oven: without yeast and dough
These pies with cabbage are very quick to prepare and, most importantly, you don't need to knead the dough. They are soft, not so fatty and high in calories because they are baked in the oven.

Ingredients:
- cabbage - 400 g
- hard cheese - 50 g
- greens
- flour - 70 g
- sour cream - 50 g
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 pc
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the cabbage, pour boiling water over it and leave for 3 minutes.
2. After that, squeeze the cabbage from the liquid. Add grated cheese, chopped herbs, sour cream, baking soda, egg, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
3. Add flour and mix. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
4. Spoon the dough onto a baking sheet covered with parchment.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
