Quick pickles with sesame seeds and soy sauce: ready in 30 minutes
If you want to prepare delicious and spicy pickles very quickly, add soy sauce and sesame seeds as they will give the dish a special flavor.
A cook shared a recipe for delicious pickled cucumbers with soy sauce and sesame seeds on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 600 g of cucumbers
- 2 cloves of garlic (grate on a fine grater or pass through a press)
- 2 tbsp of sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1.5 tsp salt
- ground red pepper - on the tip of a knife (or to taste)
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the cucumbers into halves two times. Then cut into 5-centimeter bars.
2. Put the cucumbers in a bowl, add salt and mix. Leave for 15 minutes and drain the liquid.
3. Add ground pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, oil, garlic and sesame seeds to the cucumbers, mix, cover with a lid/cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
