Ingredients:
- Cucumbers – 500 gr
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Dill
- Honey – 2 tsp
- Mustard seeds – 2 tsp.
- Vinegar 9% – 2 tsp.
The way of preparation:
1. Wash the cucumbers and cut the edges.
2. Cut into rings of about ½ cm and place in a deep container.
3. Grate the garlic and add it to the cucumbers.
4. Combine salt, honey, mustard, vinegar, and oil and add to the cucumbers.
5. Finely chop the dill, combine with the cucumbers, and mix thoroughly.
6. Serve immediately to the table.
