Ingredients:

  • tomatoes (medium) peeled - 1 kg
  • fleshy bell peppers - 1-2 pcs.
  • white salad onion - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 6 cloves
  • dill, basil, parsley, celery leaves
  • water - 1 liter
  • salt - 2 tbsp
  • sugar without a slide - 6 tbsp
  • vinegar 9% - 50
  • bay leaves - 2 pcs.
  • allspice - 5-6 pcs.
  • cloves - 1-2 pcs.

Method of preparation:

1. Add salt, sugar, bay leaves, cloves, allspice to 1 liter of boiling water.

2. Mix well until completely dissolved.

3. Pour in the vinegar and let the marinade cool completely.

4. Cut the tomatoes crosswise and immerse in boiling water for a minute.

5. Then transfer them to cold water and peel off the skin.

6. At the bottom of the dish (jar or saucepan), put the sliced onions (use white salad onions, yellow onions are coarse), pepper and garlic particles.
