Ingredients:
- Flour - 300 g
- Cold butter - 150 g
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Salt - a pinch
- Ice water - 8 tbsp.
- Pear - 3 pcs.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.
- Starch - 1 tbsp
- Gorgonzola cheese - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the pear into slices, add sugar and starch.
2. Dough: mix the flour with the sugar and a pinch of salt. Grate the cold butter and rub it into the flour with your hands, then add cold water and shape the dough into a ball. Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the freezer for 15 minutes.
3. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment, but not too thinly.
4. Place the sliced pear, gently fold the edges toward the center.
5. Put in the oven and bake for 40 minutes at 180 °C.
6. Cut the cheese, add to the biscuits, and put in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
