Quick pancakes with mayonnaise that never tear apart
Despite the fact that the batter for these pancakes is made simply with water and mayonnaise, the dish is still quite versatile. This is because these pancakes can be eaten with both savory fillings like meat and sweet ones like cottage cheese, jam or honey.
The recipe for pancakes with mayonnaise was shared by food blogger Inara (inarasidor) on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
- eggs - 2 pcs
- flour - 9-10 tbsp
- warm water - 500 ml
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- salt - 1/3 tsp
- vanilla sugar - 1 p
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- poppy seeds (optional)
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients with a blender or whisk until smooth. Leave the batter for 10 minutes.
2. Grease a frying pan with coconut oil or butter before frying the first pancake.
3. Fry as usual.
