They are very soft, elastic, tender and, most importantly, do not tear apart. Therefore, they are suitable for wrapping any salty or sweet filling.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 4 pcs
  • oil - 30 ml
  • milk - 500 ml
  • flour - 400 g
  • boiling water - 300 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the water.

2. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.

3. Add oil to the eggs. Stir well.

4. Add milk. Stir to combine.

5. Gradually add flour, stirring to avoid lumps.

6. Gradually pour boiling water, stirring. Bring the batter to the desired consistency. Leave for 20-30 minutes.

7. Fry the pancakes. It is better to cover them with a lid while the others are frying. This way they will become softer and the sides will not dry out.
