The most ideal and quick breakfast dish is pancakes. They are very simple and quick to prepare, and the most important thing is to make a good dough, which determines the structure and taste of the dish. You can serve them with jam, condensed milk, sour cream, and berries.

Cook Yuliia shared a recipe for delicious kefir pancakes on Instagram, which are very fluffy and soft.

To make fluffy and light pancakes, add baking soda and baking powder to the dough.

Ingredients:

  • flour – 125 g
  • kefir – 200 ml
  • sugar – 1 tbsp
  • baking powder – 1/2 tsp
  • baking soda – 1/2 tsp
  • eggs – 1 pc

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the egg, add kefir, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. Then add the flour, stir again, and leave the dough for 10 minutes to form bubbles.

2. Heat a frying pan, spoon out the batter, and fry the pancakes until golden on both sides.

Serve the dish hot, with any jam, sour cream, or condensed milk!
