Quick no-bake Snowball cake: what to make it from

No-bake sour milk cheese cake recipe with gelatin

Ingredients:
- sour milk cheese - 700 g
- sour cream - 200 g
- sugar - 250 g
- vanilla sugar - 15 g
- gelatin - 40 g
- water - 120 g
- fruit (grapes in the recipe), cracker

Method of preparation:
1. First, mix sour milk cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, then beat with a blender until smooth.
2. Dissolve gelatin in hot water and leave to swell.
3. Pour the gelatin into the cheese mass. Stir to combine.

5. Pour the resulting mass into a mold and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
