Ingredients:

  • Rice 
  • Cream
  • Leek
  • Sweet pepper
  • Kohlrabi cabbage
  • Seasonings and spices
  • Cheese
  • Olive oil/avocado oil

Method of preparation:

  1. Boil the rice.
  2. Chop the onion and put it in a frying pan.
  3. Peel and chop the pepper. Do the same with kohlrabi. Add everything to the onion. Season with salt and add your favorite spices. Fry for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the rice to the vegetables. Drizzle with cream.
  5. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Simmer for another 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Tenderloin - 700-800 g
  • Butter - 50 g

  • Garlic - a few cloves
  • Flour - 50 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the tenderloin into large pieces. Roll them up with the fiber and crush them with your hand. Turn to the other side and repeat the previous steps.
  2. Heat a skillet with butter and oil. Meanwhile, sprinkle the pork with flour on both sides. Put it in the frying pan. Fry for 5 minutes on one side.
  3. Add the garlic.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the broth. To do this, pour one bouillon cube with boiled water. Add the liquid to the tenderloin. Fry for a few more minutes until the moisture evaporates.

Ingredients:

  • Waffle cakes - 1 pack
  • Minced meat - 400 g
  • Onion - 1 pc
  • Salt and pepper - to taste

For the batter:

  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
  • Water - 50 ml
  • Flour - 1 tsp
  • Oil - for frying

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the onion into cubes and send it to the minced meat. Add salt, pepper, and seasoning to the meat. Stir to combine.
  2. Prepare the batter. To do this, break the eggs into a bowl, and add salt and pepper, water, and flour. Stir to combine.
  3. Put the minced meat on the waffle and spread it evenly. Cover with another piece of waffle and cut into cubes.
  4. Roll each piece in the batter and fry on both sides in a frying pan.
