Ingredients:
- Rice
- Cream
- Leek
- Sweet pepper
- Kohlrabi cabbage
- Seasonings and spices
- Cheese
- Olive oil/avocado oil
Method of preparation:
- Boil the rice.
- Chop the onion and put it in a frying pan.
- Peel and chop the pepper. Do the same with kohlrabi. Add everything to the onion. Season with salt and add your favorite spices. Fry for 10 minutes.
- Add the rice to the vegetables. Drizzle with cream.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese. Simmer for another 10 minutes.

Ingredients:
- Tenderloin - 700-800 g
- Butter - 50 g

Method of preparation:

- Meanwhile, prepare the broth. To do this, pour one bouillon cube with boiled water. Add the liquid to the tenderloin. Fry for a few more minutes until the moisture evaporates.

Ingredients:
- Waffle cakes - 1 pack
- Minced meat - 400 g
- Onion - 1 pc
- Salt and pepper - to taste
For the batter:
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- Water - 50 ml
- Flour - 1 tsp
- Oil - for frying
Method of preparation:
- Cut the onion into cubes and send it to the minced meat. Add salt, pepper, and seasoning to the meat. Stir to combine.
- Prepare the batter. To do this, break the eggs into a bowl, and add salt and pepper, water, and flour. Stir to combine.
- Put the minced meat on the waffle and spread it evenly. Cover with another piece of waffle and cut into cubes.
- Roll each piece in the batter and fry on both sides in a frying pan.
