Quick lightly salted cucumbers with mineral water: a recipe from Hector Jimenez-Bravo
Lightly salted cucumbers can be cooked with spices, spicy and sweet marinades, and with mineral water. To make them crisp, soak the cucumbers in cold water before cooking.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious lightly salted cucumbers with mineral water on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Cucumbers - 1 kg
- Garlic - 5 cloves.
- Salt - 2 tbsp.
- Mineral water - 1.5 liters.
- Dill
- Optional: horseradish leaves, cherry or currant sprigs
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the cucumbers in half, peel the garlic, chop the dill.
2. Put all the ingredients in a jar, add salt and cover with water.
3. Close the lid, refrigerate and the cucumbers are ready to serve in a day!
