- Cucumbers - 1 kg
- Garlic - 5 cloves.
- Salt - 2 tbsp.
- Mineral water - 1.5 liters.
- Dill
- Optional: horseradish leaves, cherry or currant sprigs
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the cucumbers in half, peel the garlic, chop the dill.
