Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 400-500 gr
- Jamon - 80 gr
- Mozzarella - 1 ball
- Basil
- Mushrooms - 200 gr
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Yolk - 1 piece
- Salt
- Pepper
The method of preparation
1. Peel and chop the garlic together with the mushrooms. Fry in a pan, adding salt and pepper.
2. Put jamon, cheese, mushrooms and basil on the thawed dough, cover the filling with the free edges of the jamon.
3. Cut the dough and form the pie.
4. Lubricate the surface with egg yolk and put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
