Quick French berry clafoutis for tea: the recipe for the perfect dough

If you want to make a delicious dessert for tea, choose the simplest French cake – clafoutis. It is based on egg and water dough, which is complemented by berries.

Cook Mariia Lysytsia shared a recipe for a delicious berry pie on Instagram, which is very soft and light.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs – 2 pcs
  • Corn flour – 60 g
  • Butter – 15 g
  • Water – 3 tbsp
  • Sugar – 50-60 g
  • Baking powder – 5 g
  • Any berries – 100 g

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the eggs with sugar, add the melted butter, flour, baking powder, and water, then mix – the main thing is to avoid lumps.

2. Pour the finished dough into the mold.

3. Put the berries on top of the dough.

4. Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes at 180 C.
