Quick chops for a hearty dinner: we share the secret of a successful dish
If you don't know what to cook for dinner out of meat dishes, chops are a great option. It is important that they can be made from different meats and even liver and vegetables.
The FoodOboz editorial team shares with you a recipe for delicious, juicy, and very easy-to-prepare beef tenderloin chops, which was published on the Masterpieces of Cooking Telegram channel.
The secret of the dish is very simple – fresh meat that needs to be well pounded for softness.
Ingredients:
- Beef tenderloin – 600 g
- Salt, pepper – to taste
- Eggs – 1 pc
- Flour – 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the meat, be sure to absorb excess moisture with paper napkins, and cut into slices 0.5 centimeters thick.
2. Cover the meat with cling film and pound well on both sides.
3. Then season with salt and pepper on both sides and spread the spices well with your hands.
4. Beat the eggs and coat the meat well, then in flour and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Serve the dish with fresh vegetables, sauces, and baked potatoes.

Ingredients:
- potatoes – 5-7 pcs
- garlic – 2-4 cloves
- spices: paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, red pepper – to taste
- dried herbs - thyme and basil – to taste
- olive oil – 3-4 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the potatoes, cut into slices.
2. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with spices and mix thoroughly. Add the garlic.
3. Put them on a baking sheet and sprinkle with dried herbs, drizzle with oil, and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 190-200 degrees.
