Buckwheat in the oven
Ingredients:
- buckwheat - 200 g
- water - 400 ml
- chicken fillet - 450 g
- salt - to taste
- cheese - 50 g
Method of preparation:
- Rinse the buckwheat and pour it into a greased dish.
- Pour salted water over.
- Put chicken, onions, and carrots on top and cover with grated cheese.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes. Then remove the foil and leave for another 10 minutes to brown the cheese.
