Quick apple charlotte: a simple recipe
Charlotte is a delicious pie that everyone loves. It is airy, light, with a rich apple flavor and vanilla aroma, and very easy to prepare. This hot pie will go well with delicious ice cream.
The FoodOboz editorial team has prepared a recipe for a quick charlotte, which can be prepared in just 40 minutes and will be a real tasty, flavorful treat.
Ingredients:
- apples - 5-6 pcs
- flour - 1 cup
- eggs - 2-3 pcs
- vanilla - 10 g
- cinnamon - a pinch
- powdered sugar for powdering - 2-3 tbsp
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
- Wash the apples well and cut them randomly. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy, add the sifted flour, a pinch of salt, vanilla and beat well again until smooth so that there are no lumps.
- Put the apples in the bottom of the mold, pour some of the batter on top, add another layer of apples and than batter again.
- Bake at 180 °C for 35-40 minutes.
Leave the finished pie in the mold for 15-20 minutes to cool well, then put it on a dish so that the apples are on top, dust with powdered sugar and serve with a scoop of ice cream.
