Quick and juicy meat puffs in the oven: better than any pie
Meat puffs made of puff pastry are a great option for a quick snack and a complement to the first course. In addition to minced meat, you can add some hard cheese and your favorite spices. These puffs take only 30 minutes to cook in the oven.
The recipe for minced puffs was published on one of the cooking blogs (kristy_cookery) on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- minced meat
- salt
- seasoning for meat
- dried mushroom seasoning (or any other)
- grated cheese
- grated tomatoes
- eggs - 2 pcs (1 pc for minced meat, 1 pc for greasing)
- puff pastry
Method of preparation:
1. Roll out the dough and cut it into arbitrary cubes.
2. Add egg, salt, seasonings, grated cheese and a little grated tomato to the minced meat.
3. Put the meat filling on the dough. Form square puffs and secure the sides.
4. Put the puffs on a baking sheet and brush them with egg.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
