Quick and easy pies with meat and prunes
Almost every housewife knows how to make pies because they are easy to make. The most important thing is to knead a good, flavorful dough and choose the right filling, which can be meat, liver, cereals, fruits, berries, and cheese.
Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko shared a recipe for delicious puff pastry pies with meat and prunes, which are very easy to prepare, on his website.
Tip. If you don't know how to make yeast dough, use ready-made puff pastry.
Ingredients:
- turkey fillet - 200 g
- sour cream - 2 tbsp.
- prunes - 100 g
- puff pastry - 500 g
- chicken egg - 1 pc.
- salt pepper - pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the turkey fillet into thin slices. Put on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
2. Then chop it together with the prunes, salt and pepper.
3. Defrost the dough, roll it out and use a special mold or glass to form circles about 10-12 cm in diameter.
4. After that, put the filling in the center of each, cover with another piece of dough and pinch the edges with a fork.
5. Make cuts on top with a knife.
6. Beat the eggs, grease the pies and bake them at 180 C for 10-12 minutes.
