Recipe for pumpkin spice latte
Ingredients:
- canned pumpkin puree - 2 tbsp.
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- milk - 1/2 cup
- espresso - 1/4 cup
- whipped cream - to taste
- ground pepper - a pinch
- ground cinnamon - a pinch
- ground ginger - a pinch
- ground nutmeg - a pinch
How to prepare:
- Brew strong coffee.
- In a separate bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, sugar, spices, vanilla, and milk and bring to a boil.
- Pour the coffee into a glass, pour the pumpkin-milk mixture through a sieve, and garnish with whipped cream.
It is best to drink the drink immediately – hot, it will be the best addition to pies and buns.
