Ingredients:
- Pumpkin - 400 g
- Flour - 200 g
- Kefir - 1 glass
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Soda - 1 tsp
- Salt - a pinch
- Oil - 1-2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
- Wash the pumpkin, peel it, and grate it on a coarse grater.
- Sift the flour, add baking soda, and salt, pour it over the grated pumpkin, pour in the kefir, add the eggs, and mix everything thoroughly.
- Heat a frying pan well, add vegetable oil, and fry the pancakes until golden brown.
- Put them on a paper towel to drain the excess fat.
Serve the dish hot and with sour cream.
